Exterior painting built for the South Florida climate
Florida is hard on paint. Sun fades it, humidity finds every gap, and salt air accelerates everything. An exterior job here lives or dies on preparation and on using coatings rated for this climate rather than whatever is cheapest on the shelf.
§ 01 — WHAT IS INCLUDED
EVERY JOB COVERS THIS.
- Pressure washing before any coating goes on
- Cracks, stucco damage, and failed caulk repaired first
- Primers and coatings selected for sun, humidity, and salt exposure
- Trim, fascia, soffits, doors, and garage doors included

§ 02 — HOW IT WORKS
THE PROCESS.

The whole exterior is pressure washed. Paint will not bond to chalk, mildew, or salt film.
- STEP 02
Repair
Stucco cracks patched, failed caulk cut out and replaced, bare spots primed.
- STEP 03
Protect
Windows, roofing, landscaping, and driveways masked and covered.
- STEP 04
Coat
Body, then trim, then doors, with the right product for each surface.

§ 04 — STRAIGHT ANSWERS
EXTERIOR PAINTING FAQS.
How often should a Florida exterior be repainted?
Typically every five to eight years depending on sun exposure and how close you are to the water. West and south facing walls always go first.
What about rain?
We watch the forecast and schedule around it. Coatings need dry time to cure and we will not rush that to hit a date.
